For aluminum, we use Spectra Metals .027 gauge seamless with Raytec hidden hangers rated to hold 25 lbs per linear foot of ice and debris load.
Roof Inspection
Our Dawson roof inspections cover shingles, flashing, pipe boots, ridge vent, soffit, gutters, and decking condition. You get a written report with photos. If nothing's wrong, we tell you that.
Emergency Roof Repair
Emergency tarping is the first priority. We cover the exposed area to stop water entry, then schedule the permanent repair once conditions allow. We don't charge extra for emergency tarp jobs. It's part of the repair cost.
